BOOKING POLICIES

To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your event.
 

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 30 days before the event date.
 

Cancellations less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable, but a credit for a future event will be issued minus a 20% processing fee.
 

Magic Events Canada reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is unsuitable.
 

Drop-off and pick-up times will be arranged at the time of booking.
 

We currently service London, ON, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply.
 

Please note: We do not provide furniture rental. Ensure the space is clean and ready prior to our arrival.
